Annual Holiday Party: Saturday December 6th at 5:00PM
When: We are excited to announce the 2025 Annual Holiday Party will be on Saturday December 6th at 5:00PM.
Where: Huge thank you to Christen and Jeff Tuxworth for offering to host us at their home located at 5 Lone Pine Way.
Potluck: We are dividing up what to bring by category by street and will create a signup sheet based on RSVPs to ensure we have a variety. We'll populate the signup sheet at the bottom of this announcement. If you're excited to bring a certain dish, but it's outside your category - go for it, no problem!

- The HOA will provide turkey (courtesy of Enne and Bob's culinary skills) and wine
RSVP: to the HOA email at woodmenoaks@easyhoa.email - please include how many people will be joining from your home and what you'll be bringing to the poluck. We'd like a head count to ensure we have enough turkey and a signup sheet for a variety of potluck dishes.

2025 Neighborhood Chipping Program
As part of our ongoing fire mitigation efforts, we encourage all residents to participate in the 2025 Neighborhood Chipping Program. This is a valuable opportunity to reduce wildfire risk by properly disposing of woody debris.
Woodmen Oaks is scheduled for 2025 chipping under the Rockrimmon region. Chipping schedule dates for Rockrimmon pile pickup will be 6/23 and 9/15.
How to Register for Chipping:
Each homeowner must register every year for each chipping period in order to participate. To sign up, visit the following link and click on "2025 Registration" to choose your dates:

Important Guidelines:
Accepted Materials: Woody limbs and branches up to 9 inches in diameter
Not Accepted: Construction materials, nails, wire, grass clippings, leaves, trash, weeds, yucca, root wads, dirt, or rocks
Pile Preparation:
Piles must be stacked curbside by 8:00 a.m. on Monday of your scheduled chipping block
Limit each pile to 5x5x5 (unlimited number of piles allowed)
Piles must be within 5 feet of the roadway with cut ends facing the road
Do not tie, band, or combine piles with neighbors
Chipping will take place within 12 weeks following your scheduled date, and all piles will be picked up by the end of the designated chipping period.

Annual Meeting for Woodmen Oaks Homeowners Association Board
We hope you all have had an AMAZING Summer, even though it has been a Hot One!
We are sending this email to invite you to our Annual Woodmen Oaks Homeowners Association Meeting to be held Thursday, 25 September at 6pm at the top of the Margarita Place Cul-de-sac.
We'd like to provide the latest information such as the Open Space updates, Annual Treasurer's Report, Street Parking, and Neighborhood Gatherings, etc. However, we'd also like to hear from you if there is any topic you'd like to discuss.
The HOA will provide Pizza, Wine (White & Red), Beer, and Water. Also, if you'd like, please bring your favorite side dish to share and we'll make it a party...After our meeting of course :-)
Please Join us for a fun evening with your Neighbors and We hope you see many of you there!!!
